  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Usually orders are dispatched within 2 or 3 working days of your order being placed. We use a courier company for Australian deliveries and TNT International Couriers for overseas deliveries. It really depends on where you are located as to how long delivery takes. If there is an unforeseen reason for any delay we will contact you or if you have any questions you can contact us and we have tracking numbers for all orders sent and are able to find out where your parcel is.

  • What payment options are there?

    Up until recently the only online payment option was through Paypal. We have just upgraded the shop to allow you to make a direct debit payment, phone (credit card) or cheque/money order payment while submitting your order online.

    As you go through the checkout simply choose the payment option from the drop down list. If you choose paypal, the payment is processed in real time and your order will be dispatched as soon as it is ready.

    If you choose a delayed payment option such as direct debit, phone, check/money order we will await your payment and dispatch will be made once all funds are cleared. We will keep your order in our system for 7 working days if we haven't received your payment within this time frame we will cancel the order. You will simply have to place your order again as though it is a completely new order.

  • Can i use the Rejuvenate Skin Treatments on sensitive skin?

    As you may have already read, the Rejuvenate Skin Treatment range is all natural. We have found it is particularly beneficial for sensitive skin as there are no harsh chemicals. Unless you have a particular allergy to any of the oils used in the treatments it is likely you'll have extremely positive results. You also need to only run the salt gently over the skin. It isn't recommended to use hard scrubbing. The product does all the work so you only need to lightly rub the salt on the skin while it is dry and then rinse off.

    We have many customers with Eczema, Psorriasis and Dermatitis who have found both the Body and Facial Treatments effective in relieving their symptoms.

  • Should I put a moisturiser on after using the Rejuvenate Skin Treatment?

    The essential and base oils have been absorbed into the deep layers very quickly giving you the moisture you require for the day. It is unnecessary to use a moisturising cream/lotion after using the Rejuvenate Skin Treatments. It defeats the purpose of using a product that has no greasy residue after use.

  • I have a skin condition; can i use Rejuvenate Skin Treatments?

    We have had overwhelmingly positive feedback regarding conditions such as Eczema, Psoriassis and Dermatitis with customers stating the relief they experience after using the Rejuvenate Skin Treatment is quite unbelievable. The nutrients and minerals from our exclusive salt blend help repair and restore the skin as well as removing dead, flaky skin. The essential and base oils soothe itchiness and replenish with nourishing moisture. You need to be aware that when the skin is  broken the salts may (not always) sting on application. However, understand that the salts help repair the skin faster. If you can bear the sting, within a short amount of time after you rinse the salt off you will have treated the skin with a natural solution that eases itchiness to give it a chance to heal, takes away dry, flaky skin and locks in moisture.

  • Can i use the Rejuvenate Body Treatment on my face?

    It is not recommended to use the Body Treatment on the face as it is too harsh for the skin and could irritate your eyes. The separate Facial Treatment was developed specifically for the delicate skin on the your face and is a much more gentle formula with a very soft blend of the salts as we grind them to be very smoothe almost like a powder to be much less abrasive.

    It is also not recommended to use the Facial Treatment on the body. The Facial Treatment won't soothe itchiness the way the Body Treatment does as it has less of the cooling and soothing mint oils. It is less effective in exfoliating dead skin away as it is so soft. As the Facial Treatment is more expensive it is more cost effective to stick with using the products on the recommended areas.

  • I have an Aroma - Therapy Natural Candle from By Pure Pleasure and there is a crack in the wax. What has happened?

    As we use an all natural wax without artificial preservatives the temperature plays a part in the appearance of the candles. A change in temperature can see the wax expand or contract and sometimes creates a crack in the candle. An example of how this could happen is If it has been a warm day followed by a cold night this can cause a crack to occur. This DOES NOT change how effective the candle is in any way. It is simply a visual change in the wax, it will smell as divine as alway and will burn for as long as expected.

  • Will the aroma last in the Aroma - Therapy Natural Candles?

    Yes, we have a set percentage of essential oils used in all our candles to ensure each candle has the same strong smell you've come to know and love. We have a specific technique in mixing the wax and oils to ensure the aroma is throughout the entire burn time of the candle. You may become used to the smell if you have had the candle burning for a few hours, we recommend leaving the room for a few minutes and coming back in and you will notice the difference. The candle will smell as good in the last hour as it did in the first.
